How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of payment. Orders containing preorder items will be shipped when all items in the order are ready. Estimated time frames for fulfillment are stated on preorder listings.

Shipping time

Orders ship from California, USA. Domestic orders generally take 2-5 days to arrive via first-class package. Estimated shipping times for other services are available here.

International order shipping time varies, and may take up to 1-2 months.

Once I hand your package to the postal service, its delivery time is out of my hands. You can check the status of your package with the tracking number you received for your order. If you do not have a tracking number, it may be in your email's spam/junk folder.

Customs and import taxes

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What I want to order is out of stock, when will you restock?

I send out shop restock updates via email. If you're interested, you can sign up at the bottom of this page.

Leftovers of Gravity Falls preorder items will go up in Jan/Feb 2025. Gravity Falls stickers are restocked periodically throughout the year. All other Gravity Falls merch restocks depend on other factors, and I cannot provide concrete dates for them.

Non-Gravity Falls merch will generally not be restocked, though only due to a lack of demand, not for a lack of desire to.

Wait a second—a product that you said wouldn't be restocked came back in stock! What gives?

I sometimes hold back stock for unforeseen circumstances (orders going missing in the mail, miscounts, etc.) and am able to list it afterwards. Other times, I unexpectedly find extra stock in my storage or receive extra stock from my manufacturer. This stock is limited, though, and will go faster than a true restock.

Why hasn't my preorder shipped yet?

Check the preorder timeline on the product page for the estimated ship-by date. Different preorder items can have different fulfillment timelines, so if you order multiple preorder items, make sure to check the dates for each of them. Orders containing preorder items with different ship-by dates will only be shipped when all items in the order are ready.

If the estimated ship-by date for all preorder items in your order has passed, and you haven't received a tracking number, check your email's junk/spam folder. If you still don't see a tracking number, contact me, and make sure to include your order number!

My order never arrived? / My package went missing? / My package was returned to sender?

Please contact your local post office and follow their advice for what to do.

In the event that your package returns to me, I will ask if you would prefer for the package be shipped to you again, or for the order to be cancelled and refunded. If the package is shipped again, you will need to pay for shipping again. If the order is cancelled and refunded, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. This is because once a shipping label goes through the postal system, the label is considered used and can no longer be refunded, regardless of whether the package is delivered to its intended recipient or not. I cannot cover the shipping cost for you, so please double-check the mailing address for your order and ensure that it is correct.

If I contact you and do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and the cost of the order minus the shipping cost will be refunded.

Can I change my address?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact me with your order number and the new address you'd like to use.

If your order has already been shipped, it's too late to change your address. However, if you contact me within 12 hours of receiving your tracking number, you may be able to catch me before I drop your order off at the post office. Please include your order number and new address in your first message to me so that I can make the change as quickly as possible.

You contacted me to confirm my address, and I never replied. What now?

Sometimes addresses are flagged as incorrect by the address checker. When a concerning error pops up, I'll contact you to confirm what shipping address I should use. If 5 business days pass with no response from you, I will trust that you entered your shipping address correctly, and ship it to the address you originally provided. However, if your address was entered incorrectly to such a degree that I'm unable to create a shipping label for your order, I will cancel and refund your order.

If I ship your order to your original address, and it turns out that your address was indeed incorrect, your order may be returned to me by the post office. In that case, see the "My order never arrived? / My package went missing? / My package was returned to sender?" answer above.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
